For all of you parents out there - Sleep Sisters is a fantabulous website devoted to helping your little one/s, and YOU, get to sleep!

I had the privilege of working with Dr. Debbie Freidman Sasson for two summers, at a camp for young people with Asperger's Syndrome. Debbie has a doctorate in clinical psychology, many years of experience working with children, and is a mom to boot! Together, she and her sister, Melissa Freidman Zdrodrowski, have created a unique and wonderful source of information and assistance for families suffering from sleep difficulties.

On their website you can find the Sleep Sisters Blog, links to helpful articles and books, as well as the means to request a consultation and personalized help.

Sleep is important, so if you and your child aren't getting enough, check it out!
